For a long time,the most common forms of entertainment for people were watching TV and listening to the radio.At that time,radio and television media had a large group of loyal users and never worried about revenue.In recent years,with the rapid development of mobile communication technology and Internet technology,people’s entertainment methods have gradually diversified,and traditional media,represented by radio and television stations,have gradually experienced operational pressure.In particular,the explosion of new applications and new formats such as short video and mobile live streaming,has gradually shifted people’s entertainment methods from large screens to small screens.The words "precipitous decline" in revenue have appeared in the annual reports of major radio and television companies.How to "survive" has become an urgent issue for radio and television media to address.NG Media Group,as a prefecture-level radio and television media group with certain influence in the central region,has been plagued by the continuous decline in revenue and users in recent years.In addition to the impact of the epidemic,the operating condition of the group has further deteriorated,and the high level of debt has attracted the high attention of the government.In order to help the group out of the survival difficulties and debt crisis,in 2022,under the overall requirements of the government to shed the burden and increase revenue,NG Media Group has carried out a series of drastic changes.During the implementation of organizational change,NG Media Group employees have a strong sense of job insecurity due to the rapid implementation of new policies,which has brought a series of impacts on employees themselves and the operation of the group.Therefore,how to find the source of job insecurity in organizational change and provide effective coping strategies has become an urgent issue for NG Media Group.This study first reviewed the concepts of organizational change,job insecurity,and the relationship between organizational change and job insecurity through literature review.Secondly,interviews were conducted with 10 representative employees of NG Media Group to preliminarily understand the influencing factors of job insecurity in organizational change.Thirdly,based on the literature and interview analysis results,a questionnaire was designed combining the mature scales of domestic and foreign scholars.Finally,relying on various data to obtain the survey results and combining the actual situation of NG Media Group,put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions.At the end of the article,a summary and arrangement of this study are provided,hoping to provide reference for other enterprises to reduce employee job insecurity and reduce the adverse consequences caused by employees and enterprises during the transformation process... |
