Abstract/Summary:
Under the background of the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry,the demographic dividend has gradually disappeared and the cost competitive advantage of traditional manufacturing industry has gradually lost.Manufacturing enterprises are facing the pressure of transformation and upgrading.At the same time,the country is also actively promoting and guiding the technological upgrading of manufacturing equipment.Many enterprises that started the technological upgrading of manufacturing equipment in the early stage have enjoyed the advantages of technological productivity and policy dividends,the manufacturing industry has ushered in historic development opportunities.Z Company is a manufacturing enterprise with the manufacturing of information and communication products as its main business.During the implementation of equipment technology upgrading,it has found that the traditional management methods have extensive,waste,low efficiency and other problems,which seriously restrict the technological innovation of the enterprise.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that Z company’s mobile phone assembly and test line has prominent problems such as serious waste of operation efficiency,low productivity and serious waste of materials turnover,which restricts the efficiency of the production line and reduce the timeliness of delivery,and impair the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise.Based on the above background,this thesis optimizes the mobile phone assembly and test line operation of Z Company.Firstly,the theory of industrial engineering and production line balance is systematically researched,and the analysis methods commonly used in industrial engineering such as program analysis,operation analysis and motion analysis are summarized.Then the tools used in this thesis are briefly introduced such as flow program diagram,human-machine operation analysis diagram,motion program diagram,time measurement method and SLP(System Layout Planning)analysis tool.Secondly,the operation time of all processes of the mobile phone assembly and test line were measured,and the industrial engineering and production line balance theory and tools were used to process the data.Then four reasons for the problem of the line were analyzed,including the long manual operation time,the low efficiency of human-machine collaboration and the slow operation beat and the unreasonable process path arrangement.Thirdly,set the optimization objectives of this thesis according to the four reasons.Through applying the methods of operation procedure optimization,operation optimization,human-machine collaboration optimization and operation action optimization,the optimization ideas and plans are proposed and implemented,and the optimization result is verified effected and the optimization objectives are finally achieved.Finally,the implementation plan and safeguard measures of the optimization plan are proposed,and the direction of further optimization of the mobile phone assembly and test line is prospected.The research conclusion of the thesis shows that by optimizing the process flow and operation method of the mobile phone assembly and test line of Z Company,the unbalance loss rate of the production line has been reduced from 50.02% to 15.02%,and the production capacity per shift has been increased from 491 to 920,with an increase rate of 87.37%,eliminating the logistics lines of larger(I),higher(E)and higher(A)levels,and improving the overall operation efficiency of the mobile phone production line.At the same time,it reduces the operating manpower and logistics turnover cost,which has a direct contribution to the company’s production and operation management.In the long term,the optimization also has strong guiding significance for promoting the equipment technical transformation of Z Company and improving its comprehensive competitiveness.
