Design Of Mobile Internet Traffic Operation System Based On Study Of Complex Network

With the development of mobile Internet, for the operators, the business value created by traditional voice, short message services and value-added services is increasingly saturated; but, the value created by the traffic is increasingly prominent. Traffic operation is aimed to guide users to use more traffic, thereby, create profit. However, there are many drawbacks in the traditional business model, such as lack of channels, blind marketing, which result in low user response. In recent years, the operators have proposed the construction of "smart pipe" to achieve the goal of precise marketing. In the process of traffic operation, operators hold rich network resources and user data which could be considered as their advantage but underutilized.In this paper, a mobile Internet traffic operation system was built to discover useful but unknown knowledge by performing data mining on user data, in order to provide objective guidance to traffic operating activities and improve the success rate of marketing.From the hierarchy, the system is divided into three parts:data services, application service and the clients. Data services provide data support to the system, including user traffic data, CDR data and so on, and do preliminary processing on these data. Application service is responsible for realization of system functions through clustering on users’ data by using data mining algorithms, whereby to establish business propagation mechanisms; generating association rules by using association analysis on the services, whereby to identify potential users of target business. The client layer is responsible for the presentation of system functions and results in a web way, which makes convenience to user-friendly query.From the point of functional realization, the purpose of traffic operation based on user behavior analysis and the association analysis among business was achieved.
