| The global software outsourcing market has been booming in recent years,especially after the COVID-19 pandemic,however,with the continuous development of the market economy today,service quality tends to be more homogeneous,and simply relying on scale efficiency has become increasingly undesirable.Customer relationship management has become a more and more important module in software outsourcing enterprises.In the market competition,how to do a better customer relationship management to win the competitive advantage put forward a challenge for enterprises.SL company has been focusing on the field of software outsourcing for more than20 years.However,in fierce external competition environment and lack of internal customer relationship management,SL company are still facing problems such as insufficient market development,customer satisfaction needs to be improved and other issues,so SL company still need to pay more attention to the key issue of customer relationship management.Based on the basic theory of customer relationship management,this paper takes the existing customer relationship management of SL company as the main research object,and optimizes the company’s customer relationship management,ultimately improves customer satisfaction,and realizes the company’s profit growth as the goal.Through the form of questionnaire survey,it comprehensively analyzes customer satisfaction and loyalty.At the same time found the current customer relationship management problems of SL company,and in-depth exploration of the reasons behind the problem,based on relevant customer relationship management theory,put forward the optimization strategy of customer relationship management.Then,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures of the strategy in the three aspects of system,manpower and organization to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization strategy.It is hoped that through such optimization strategy,the customer relationship management of SL company can be greatly improved,which will help the company development and provide the customer relationship management reference for software outsourcing industry. |
