Research On Scenario-based Service Of Smart Library From The Perspective Of User Experience

Under the integration of people and devices,traditional human behavior patterns are constantly being decomposed and reorganized.At the same time,users will also be more willing to accept personalized services that are faster,more experiential,and meet their own needs.Libraries must undergo changes in order to adapt to the development trend of the times.Smart libraries are a combination of information technologies such as artificial intelligence,cloud computing,big data,and perception capabilities.Scenario-based services are an important component of the development of smart libraries and serve as a connection between users and libraries.Therefore,achieving scenario-based service construction in libraries is based on the emotional dimension of users’ subjective choices,is a necessity for social progress,and is a key step towards achieving a “smart library”.Firstly,this study systematically reviews the theoretical foundations of user experience and smart library scenario-based services,clarifies relevant concepts,summarizes relevant research hotspots at home and abroad,and studies Jesse James Garrett’s user experience element model to clarify the goals and principles of constructing smart library scenario-based services from the perspective of user experience.On this basis,comparative analysis,literature research,and expert survey methods were used to determine the elements of smart library scenario-based services from the user experience perspective,and then a smart library scenario-based service model was established from the user experience perspective.The idea and framework for constructing smart library scenario-based services were theoretically improved,and deeper levels of smart library scenario-based service models were explored;Afterwards,the construction framework and design points of the service model will be discussed in detail.Finally,based on the previous research and the 20 th National Reading Survey conducted by the China Academy of Press and Publication,as well as the Public Library Law of the People’s Republic of China,it is proposed to improve the scenario-based service capabilities of smart libraries from the perspective of user experience,innovate and optimize the library’s own service model,improve users’ perceived pleasure,and increase user stickiness.
