Library is the center of knowledge, activity, scientific research and assistant teaching in universities, knowledge heritage and creation. It is also the resource center of information transmission. With the development of science and technology and the perfection of human consciousness, the library is influenced by the new ideas such as “ Web 2.0 ” and “ smart earth ”, and the explosive growth of library information resources. In the modern teaching and assessment, the library not only takes the library collection as the standard, but also pays much attention to the service of the information.The traditional service mode of the existing university library can not meet the increasing amount of information and readers’ borrowing demand. The paper puts forward a solution for the information service system of the library based on the traditional information service and efficiency of university library. The system can complete a single scanning books by RFID technology, the realization of the unattended participation of the library, in the same time, readers can independently borrowing, returning, booking; librarian carries out intelligent inventory and other work; personalized service recommended for readers of books. So that the library information service mode has been greatly improved, to realize the transformation of service mode which is based on the librarian from the center to the readers, the conversion of the readers information to the passive mode, it enlarges the circulation of books in the library, saves the time cost of the readers, and reflects the interaction between the library and the reader.In this thesis, the main work is as follows:1. The development of service mode of university library is summarized, and the existing in the development of university library is analyzed. The application of RFID( radio frequency identification) technology and personalized service in the library are expounded, this thesis puts forwards search content and objectives.2. In allusion to the high efficiency information service mode and the application requirement analysis, the overall scheme of the University’s intelligent library information service system is designed.3. According to the overall design scheme, the design of each module in the system and database based on the original library system is completed:(1) The design flow chart of the system and the realization of each module: precise positioning of books is on the books for the determination of the position of using RFID technology, intelligent inventory is the wrong frame, disorder and statistics and query of the books, personalized service for readers is based on the individual situation to provide the appropriate books, self-service or provide a timeless self-service, renewing and booking service for readers:(2) In this thesis, two-dimensional data table are built and designed, and the E-R chart is realized in the system.4. The precise positioning algorithm and personalized service recommendation model is designed and implemented.(1) In order to improve the accuracy of the book location, this thesis improves the VIRE positioning algorithm, and makes improvements in three ways including the new partition of the virtual label, the application of the nonlinear interpolation method and the value of the K neighborhood.(2) The thesis is selected the personalized recommendation method by means of contrasting all the recommendation methods, the personalized service recommendation model is constructed based on content collaborative filtering.
