The deep integration of emerging technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and blockchain with information has spawned a large number of platform enterprises,bringing great convenience and innovation to the production and life of the public.Platform enterprises absorb the majority of user groups and economic organizations,indepth participation in social and people’s livelihood,guide the public’s value orientation,and traditional enterprises compared to the platform,platform enterprises in addition to the many responsible parties,more far-reaching influence,but also in economic activities to play the platform circle interests of the manager.The platform not only needs to contain more social responsibilities,but also bears the public’s expectations for the platform to perform its responsibilities,so it is very important to assume social responsibility.However,in the process of platform operation,enterprises generally choose to create value first,and then rely on capital accumulation to fulfill social responsibilities,and there is a certain lag in the development and performance of platform social responsibility,which is not commensurate with the economic volume and social expectations of the Internet platform at this stage,and the value creation of enterprises and the performance of social responsibilities cannot be balanced development.Some enterprises believe that assuming social responsibility will increase the cost of enterprises,fulfilling social responsibility at the practical level has no significant effect on value creation,and as a platform enterprise that maximizes economic benefits,the motivation to perform responsibilities is insufficient,so the problem of coordinated development of platform enterprise value creation and social responsibility needs to be solved urgently.At present,the research on corporate social responsibility and value creation is more logical reasoning through traditional enterprises,while the development of platform enterprise value creation mode and social responsibility content changes,and the existing research is more through the construction of theoretical framework,and lacks attention to Internet platforms.In view of the above problems,this paper will provide new models and paths for platform performance and expand the platform value model through the case study of social responsibility practice of precise poverty alleviation,social responsibility embedded in the collaborative development mechanism of value creation.This paper reviews the research literature of platform value creation model,platform corporate social responsibility,and short video enterprises,expounds the value creation principle of short video enterprises,and theoretically analyzes the feasibility,realization path and shared value creation of social responsibility embedded in short video platform networks.This paper selects Kuaishou short video participation in targeted poverty alleviation as a research case,combines value creation theory,bilateral market theory and attention economy theory,deeply analyzes the mechanism of social responsibility embedded in the value network of Kuaishou platform from the content of Kuaishou platform performance content and poverty alleviation path,and combines stakeholder theory to explore the value creation of embedded performance to stakeholders from the perspective of financial and non-financial performance,and verifies the feasibility of embedded performance mode.In order to further realize the coordinated development of social responsibility and platform value creation,this paper will put forward corresponding optimization suggestions from the perspective of platform enterprises and external government agencies according to the current situation of embedded responsibility performance of enterprises.The study concludes that(1)The way for the platform to participate in targeted poverty alleviation is to include poor users in the value creation system of the platform,make full use of the existing resources and models of the platform to connect with poor areas,and respect the entrepreneurial status of users.(2)Precision poverty alleviation embedded in the value creation model is mainly through value connection and factor utilization,enterprises help poor groups from onlookers of short videos to entrepreneurs,and further improve the efficiency of entrepreneurship through the existing attention resources,data and distribution mechanisms of the platform,forming a value creation model based on attention distribution,and the value concept of fairness and inclusiveness of the platform further deepens the integration of social responsibility and value creation.(3)The embedded performance mode of short video enterprises achieves a win-win situation between poor users,platform enterprises and consumers,and stakeholders directly obtain financial performance and non-financial performance.(4)Social responsibility embedded in the platform value network to form a positive feedback mechanism,enterprises assume social responsibility to help value realization,and value increase can better perform responsibilities,in order to better coordinate the development of the two,the platform and external institutions need to maintain the feedback mechanism collaboratively,enterprises should improve the platform management rules,establish business operation order,provide industrial development resources,external institutions increase policy supply,build a communication service platform,introduce association experts.The contribution of this paper: Through the case study of short video enterprises,this paper studies the new model of platform value creation embedded in social responsibility,enriches the theoretical research of platform value creation model,analyzes the collaborative development mechanism of enterprise performance and value creation,which realizes the simultaneous fulfillment of corporate economic responsibility and higher-level responsibility,and expands the application of social responsibility hierarchy theory in the platform field.The practical contribution lies in focusing the research on the precise poverty alleviation content of the short video industry,proposing a new model of value creation and a positive feedback mechanism for fulfillment,enriching the content and path of platform fulfillment,and encouraging more enterprises to assume social responsibilities such as rural revitalization.
