Research On Poverty Alleviation Communication Based On Short Video Platforms

This paper through data collection and content analysis to studies the poverty alleviation communication based on short video platform.In data collection,this paper uses survey method and observation method.In terms of content analysis,based on Daniel’s relevant theories on film and television narrative structure and Schramm’s generalization of mass communication social functions.According to the research,in terms of film and television narrative structure,the external factors mainly include government policy,social culture and platform operation;the textual factors include plain and direct narrative style,narrative vision with local characteristics,and narrative hearing of life;the core factors include the "micro narrative" based on daily life,the "common narrative" based on rural areas,agriculture and farmers,and the "grand narrative" based on poverty alleviation and prosperity.On the social functions,including political function,economic function and entertainment function,political function include social information sharing,coordination of social consensus and inheritance cultural heritage,economic functions include providing economic information,create economic behavior and realize economic benefit,entertainment function contains satisfy spiritual recreation and change entertainment orientation.In addition,the lack of stability in narrative strategy,deviation in narrative theme,lack of interaction in narrative text,and errors in narrative skills are the main obstacles to the realization of current social functions.It is suggested that the government strengthen management and support,the short video platform provide assistance,and the short video account consciously improve,so as to keep up with the development of the country and times.
