| Nowadays,we seem to have entered the “video era”.In the context of the empowerment,most video platforms integrate the characteristics of interaction,sharing,and so on.With the characteristics of digital media,more and more users are pouring into the major video platforms to create or watch.Among them,people not only records individual life memory,but also provides a hotbed for the dissemination and inheritance of urban memory and era memory.These daily memories gathered in the media space are rich in local body temperature and local emotion,telling a story of a city.This paper uses interviews,text analysis and content analysis,starting from the framework of collective memory,taking the “affordance” support of digital media as the background,extending to the “sense of place” dimension,based on the interaction between “people-city-media”,to study and discuss how urban collective memory is generated and developed in the new technology environment,and how the media practice of urban residents is connected with spatial practice and urban memory.The study found that with the support of technical availability,the public of different identities will participate in the production of urban memory for different demands and needs.They are either native locals,or tourists,temporary residents,and even those who leave the city.Individuals of different identities have different experiences and experiences of the city,and the resulting feelings are also different.Therefore,the urban memory from the individual perspective includes various aspects of the city ’s urban texture.The creators who are good at manipulating photographic equipment aim the lens at the city’s geographical landscape,humanistic style,life experience,cultural characteristics,cultural characteristics and history event.Through the “crystallization” of urban memory representation,various shooting techniques,technical rhetoric and interactive mechanisms are used to invite the public into the shared urban memory space.The video audience is fully activated from these real and familiar images.The sense of place and individual memories,in the interaction of comments,supplement and individual interpretation of video content from various frameworks,use their own experiences and individual memories to call for more resonance of the geopolitical community,along with the coding and decoding of events and scenes by different groups,a writing practice of urban memory in digital media is completed.It is worth noting that in the alienation of technology and the deconstruction trend of postmodernism,the urban memory lacks a real,complete and unified framework,and the fragmented individual memory is difficult to integrate.It needs to be condensed by top-down and bottom-up forces,and it is necessary to be alert to the discipline of technology while using technology. |
