Different from traditional geographical research,the new cultural geography believes that the penetration of mass media to daily life makes the world of media reproduction extremely real,emphasizing the attention should be paid to the research of reproduction text,especially the media reproduction.In the process of city modernization,cities face crisis of losing memory.The media has a lot of impact on memory especially in the era of rapid development of modern media.Crisis of losing memory is a problem that should be solved quickly.However,from the existing international and domestic studies,there is little research on the combination of media representation and city's memory.In research of text representation,along with the scholars' studying enthusiasm of the text representation,related research gradually expand form a single study on the reproduction of literary works to various forms of text,especially the media text reproduction research gradually increased.However,the study of media text which contains mass information is mainly based on tourism research,focusing on tourism text,ignoring the other rich and valuable information in the media text.In the study of city's memory,the international and domestic studies focus on urban planning and tour activities to spread related research,only a few studies analyze the space of city's memory from the perspective of cultural research.But those studies' analyses are mostly concentrated at the macro-level space research and the micro-level specific region research,neglecting the meso scale research of the city itself.Therefore,this article from the perspective of geography,firstly take Fuzhou city as the main case,analyzing basic features of city's memory space in Fuzhou,deeply discussing construction of the space and the similarities and differences between different groups by comprehensive application of word frequency analysis,sentiment analysis,social network analysis,spatial analysis and other methods.It shows that the memory space of We-Media reproduction in Fuzhou is composed by the memory of the subject,location,object elements and meaning elements;the memory locations are scattered,but it still has a focus on commercial trade center.People's emotions to Fuzhou are positive nostalgia.Elements of the space reflect the characteristics of Fuzhou as a trade city.The memory space of Fuzhou is constructed by interactions between the elements,and the memory space of Fuzhou is sublimated from simple object space to meaningful space with trade characteristics during the process.Secondly,the paper takes Xiamen and Ningde as cases,discussing memory spaces of different cities by comparative study base on the research of memory space of Xiamen and Ningde.The results show that the two memory spaces are composed by the memory of the subject,location,object elements and meaning elements.People's emotions to Xiamen and Ningde are positive nostalgia.The memory places of Xiamen and Ningde are concentrated in tourist attractions and living blocks.The two spaces respectively show the city's tourism and life style and have significance of seashore leisure tourism and the strong flavor of life.Finally,through the above comparative analysis,the paper discusses the construction rules of city's memory space based on We-Media reproduction and points out that the space is composed of four sections:the subjects,the carriers,the object elements and meaning elements of memory.The process of construction can be divided into two steps.The first step is that the subjects know the locations which as carriers and the object elements.The second step is the extraction of meaning elements through writing memory on We-Media.Then we conclude the basic characteristics of city's memory space,believing that it seems presenting scattered status,but has a overall trend of showing concentration.The space reproduced by the media is a nostalgic emotional space for the past,especially in childhood and adolescence,but the memory objects and the spatial meaning of different cities are different for the difference between the city's own characteristics and the development of the media itself.
