In recent years, with the development of e-commerce and the improvement of consumer living standards, people have paid more and more attention to food quality, which has greatly promoted the development of cold chain logistics in China.China has also formulated and issued relevant policy documents to support and promote the rapid and steady development of the cold chain logistics industry. But at the same time,we are faced with the new goals and tasks of accelerating the reform of the ecological civilization system and promoting the construction of a beautiful China, and requires vigorously developing a green and low-carbon economy.Due to its own characteristics, cold chain logistics has the characteristics of high energy consumption and high carbon emissions, and has an outstanding impact on the ecological environment. If the low-carbon concept is introduced into cold-chain logistics and distribution, the proper planning of cold-chain transportation vehicles' travel routes can not only shorten the delivery time and reduce transportation costs, but also reduce product losses, reduce carbon emissions, and improve customer satisfaction, thereby achieving enterprise Balance of economic and environmental benefits. Therefore, the low-carbon perspective of cold chain logistics distribution path optimization research has great theoretical significance and practical value. In order to solve the problems of high logistics costs and unreasonable transportation routes in cold chain logistics operations, this paper mainly chooses to conduct in-depth research from the perspective of distribution route optimization. To minimize the total cost of distribution operations as an optimization goal,in addition to considering the fixed cost of vehicles during the distribution process, the cost of transportation fuel consumption, the cost of low-temperature refrigeration, the cost of out-of-stock and the penalty cost of violation of the time window, special consideration is also given to pollution costs.Under the constraints of vehicle load and time window,a mathematical model of cold chain logistics distribution path optimization was constructed from the perspective of low carbon with the lowest comprehensive cost. Then the genetic algorithm is improved by chaos initial and Tent turbid disturbance method is introduced to solve the model. Finally, the HNA cold chain is used to conduct a path optimization simulation study on the cold chain logistics distribution problem with time window constraints in a supermarket in a certain region.By running MATLAB software, the result of the operation is decoded to obtain the optimal distribution path, and then the validity and rationality of the model and algorithm are verified by analysis. The research results of the article show that the introduction of low-carbon concepts into the optimization of distribution routes, reasonable planning and selection of optimal routes can reduce the total cost of logistics distribution, can also reduce emissions of pollutants, protect the ecological environment, and adapt to new situation and new requirements.
