In today's society,the development of the pharmaceutical industry is related to people's healthy life and plays a very important role in the development of Chinese national economy.With the rapid growth of demand for medicine,the pharmaceutical logistics industry has been booming.Among them,logistics distribution is the most important part of the entire logistics system.Whether the choice of vehicle route is reasonable or not directly affects whether logistics distribution can be completed efficiently and with high quality,as well as the service quality and operational performance of logistics companies.With regard to the current high cost and low profit point of cold chain logistics distribution of third-party logistics companies,how to improve the current problems has become the focus of more and more scholars.Through the analysis of the development of the pharmaceutical industry,this thesis takes the cold chain logistics as the background and the pharmaceutical products as the research object.Taking the improvement of customer service level and reducing the distribution cost as the starting point.It adopts Taiwan's more advanced multi-temperature co-distribution mode to solve the problem about current status of domestic pharmaceutical cold chain logistics.The system mainly uses ordinary vehicles to load cold storage incubators to distribute medicines of different temperatures;Due to the large number of unpredictable factors in the actual distribution environment,the arrival time of the delivery vehicle is affected,resulting in fuzzy customer appointment time and vehicle delivery time during the distribution process.However,in the existing research,most of them only consider the customer's time window penalty cost and rarely consider customer satisfaction.Therefore,in this paper,the fuzzy time window is used to represent the actual needs of customers and the fuzzy membership function is established to describe customer satisfaction.The medical cold chain logistics path optimization model is constructed to solve the problem of cold storage multi-temperature co-distribution medical logistics vehicle path;In the calculation process,using genetics suitable for this model.Finally,the third-party logistics company is researched in the field,to collect data in the model and the Python software is used to solve the empirical analysis to determine the optimal distribution plan.The cold storage multi-temperature co-dispensing medical logistics vehicle path optimization model constructed in this paper has certain reference value in medical distribution research,which can provide theoretical support for future medical distribution,It's also more realistic and has certain research value.
