In May 2019,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the Outline of the Digital Rural Development Strategy,which clearly put forward the goals and overall requirements of digital rural construction,and is committed to improving the performance of rural revitalization by actively giving full play to the advantages of modern technology.In 2021,China’s poverty alleviation has achieved a comprehensive victory.At this stage,the main task has changed to achieve the effective connection between the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Building a digital countryside is the strategic direction of rural revitalization and an important part of building a digital China.With the continuous embedding of digital technology into the rural society,the countryside has changed from a masked state to visible.Rural communicators give full play to the advantages of modern technology to present rural culture,scenery,industry and other content to the public.This kind of transmission The broadcasting mode is the process of building an Internet celebrity,attracting the attention of the audience and transforming it into an attention economy,so as to promote rural revitalization.This article defines Internet celebrities as a way of information dissemination with the continuous development of social media.With the help of the attention economy,Internet celebrities show a trend of offline and online integration in the new environment.This situation is reflected in the changes in the main body of communication,communication mode and other aspects.Therefore,with the help of Internet celebrity communication,rural revitalization has become a Practice of communication and common and important ways in rural areas across the country.Using in-depth interview methods and other research methods,this paper takes X Township of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture as the research object,and studies shows that X Township has a certain Internet celebrity industry and unique development soil of tourism resources under the background that is already visible in the countryside.On this basis,due to the popularization and application of digital technology,everyone can By using the Internet to carry out communication behavior,actors have awakened their consciousness and enhanced the visibility of their communication content.However,from the three aspects of individuals,investors and government media,research shows that there are indeed communication obstacles in X Township at present,which is manifested in the limited scope of communication by villagers’ personal technology and commercial practitioners.For the limited construction of their own brand,as well as the poor communication effect of government media,etc.Therefore,from the perspective of the expansion of the communication path,with the help of the extremely diverse characteristics of the main body of group communication,individuals and government and enterprises can cooperate,and we-media people actively share;and the communication method should be based on the WeChat acquaintance social platform Deeply cultivate the circle and extend other platforms that are not involved,so as to spread and spread local Internet celebrity resources.Finally,the main content is to build an Internet celebrity brand,tap its Internet celebrity value,enhance local cultural identity,and cultivate local rural talents,form Internet celebrity communication,and provide continuous power for rural revitalization.
