Abstract/Summary:
In the era of mobile Internet,mobile short videos have developed rapidly and become the main way for people to obtain information,entertainment and leisure,and interaction,which not only meet people’s needs for fragmented reading in the fast-paced life environment,but also meet people’s needs for online interaction to achieve emotional attachment.As a major subject matter of mobile short video,short videos of country cuisine attracts a large number of fans with its real local flavor,close to the life of rural food production and family life,and plays an important role in the dissemination of China’s rural culture and the development of rural economy.This paper selects the main gathering place of short videos of country cuisine as the research platform,and analyzes the interaction ritual chain in short videos of country cuisine through case study,text analysis and participatory observation methods,combining with Collins’ theory of interaction ritual chain,so as to deeply analyze the relationship between interaction,emotion and fan consumption,and summarize the current problems in the use of interaction in short videos of country cuisine,In order to provide a path for the long-term development and long-term benefits of this type of short videos in the future.The full paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is a conceptual definition of interactive ritual chain theory and short videos of country cuisine.The second chapter is to analyze the starting point of emotional energy in short videos of country cuisine,i.e.interaction.On the one hand,the analysis of interaction elements includes "virtual presence",definition of outsiders,common focus and shared emotional experience.On the other hand,summarize the types of interaction,including the interaction between fans and video content,between fans and fans,and between fans and video bloggers and capital.The third chapter is a microscopic case study of "Shuzhong Taozi Jie",which is a short video of country cuisine in Shake Yin.We analyzed the formation process of emotional energy in the short video of "Shuzhong Taozi Jie" from four aspects: case selection,analysis of fans’ psychology,extraction of interactive behavior and focus,and formation of emotional energy.Chapter 4 summarizes the mechanism of transforming emotional energy into consumption behavior in the short video of rural cuisine based on the micro-analysis of the short video of "Shuzhong Taozi Jie".Chapter 5 summarizes the shortcomings of the interactive use in short videos of country cuisine and provides suggestions for future development.
