| Working Capital is the lifeblood of the daily production and operation of the enterprise,and is the foundation of the enterprise’s operation.The efficient management of working capital is the basis of the development of enterprises,but also in the competition to win the key.From the two fields of theory and practice,performance evaluation is always a controversial issue in management,and for working capital management,the establishment of a stable and effective working capital management performance evaluation system is the necessary condition to improve the working capital management level of our country’s listed companies.As the evolution of the value chain theory,the value network theory has changed the original research thinking in the aspect of value creation and transmission into the network thinking,therefore,it is necessary to construct the performance evaluation system of working capital management based on value net.This paper first describes the background and significance of the research,then summarizes the current research situation on the basis of relevant literature at home and abroad,and then takes Xiaomi Group as the research object,based on the value network theory and the traditional working capital management performance evaluation system,the channel of combining the value network theory with the working capital management performance evaluation is opened up,the Working Capital Management Performance Evaluation System based on value network is constructed by selecting working capital management performance evaluation indexes from the perspective of value network,and then applying the evaluation system to Xiaomi,a case company,the paper uses AHP to calculate the relative importance of selected indexes,then uses linear weighted synthesis method to calculate and analyze the performance of working capital management,and finally summarizes the relevant conclusion,Xiaomi’s Working Capital Management Performance has improved in the past five years.This paper constructs a new working capital management performance evaluation system based on the value network,which aims at effectively combining the value network theory with the enterprise working capital management performance evaluation,enrich the theories of working capital management performance evaluation,and evaluate the performance of working capital management from the angle of value net,in order to help enterprises discover relevant problems from a new angle,it is expected to help the enterprise to realize the benefit promotion in the activities contained in the structure of the value network,and to lay a foundation for the promotion of Enterprise Competitiveness and development capability. |
