With the acceleration of the construction of smart cities nationwide,it has become an important part of the construction of smart cities to evaluate and analyze it.In order to evaluate the development level of smart city,it is necessary to carry out research on smart city evaluation system.In view of the lack of visual management tools of index system,index tailoring and multi-dimensional display and comparative analysis of evaluation results in the current evaluation system,this paper designs and implements a new smart city index system tailoring system based on analytic hierarchy process for the evaluation of new smart cities.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of unclear index relationship and unclear overall picture of the system presented by text information management,a visualization management method of the index system is proposed: loosely coupled and componentized analysis framework technology and integration technology are adopted for graphical management of the index system,so as to achieve dynamic feedback and continuous update effect.First of all,it analyzes the current status of visual management of the index system,and designs it from three aspects,such as function,graphic symbol and interface,so as to ensure the hierarchical,componentized and tree-oriented dynamic management of the index system.Then,according to the interactive requirements of dynamic management of indicator system,the implementation plan of location mapping,translation and drag,node connection and system preservation and other functions is proposed,and the management process is optimized to form a good interactive effect.Finally,an index system editor was built based on Ant V G6 graph engine to manage and optimize the index system in real time.(2)Aiming at the lack of dynamic tailoring technology in the current smart city evaluation system,an index tailoring algorithm based on analytic hierarchy process is proposed: each index of the index system is regarded as an independent component,and a theme index system highlighting city characteristics is constructed flexibly through the index tailoring algorithm.Firstly,the evaluation model of the new smart city is analyzed,and on this basis,it is optimized,the evaluation model of the theme index is constructed,and the tailoring method oriented to the evaluation index system is proposed.Secondly,the traditional analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is studied.In view of the inconsistent judgment matrix in AHP,the perturbation matrix method is used to adjust it,and the index weight model is obtained.Based on this model,the index system is clipped,and the index clipping algorithm based on the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is realized.Finally,based on the subject index system,a new smart city evaluation method is proposed to realize the in-depth analysis of smart city evaluation.The experimental results show that the combination of the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the clipping algorithm can help to break the status quo of "template" evaluation and make the evaluation model more easily reflect the characteristics of the city.(3)A new smart city index tailoring system based on analytic hierarchy process is designed and implemented by adopting the B/S architecture with front-end and back-end separation.React is used in the front end,and Spring Boot and My Batis are used in the back end.The main functions of each module are realized successively.Taking civilized city construction and precise service as examples,they are applied to the system.The evaluation model of theme index system is used to evaluate smart cities.The results show that: compared with the original evaluation results,the evaluation scores or rankings of cities with distinctive theme characteristics have a certain degree of improvement,reflecting the characteristics and real development level of cities. |
