Under the impact of novel coronavirus pneumonia,Internet public opinion is mixed with reality,and the media is out of focus or even polarized.Irrational opinions such as Internet rumors have seriously affected the public mentality and social system,and even threatened the credibility of the government.The mainstream media,which plays an important role in information release and public opinion guidance,plays an important role in relieving public panic,gathering centripetal force and mobilizing anti epidemic forces.In media reports,effective emotional mobilization through agenda setting can arouse the maximum emotional identity of individuals or groups to a certain extent,thus triggering collective action.This paper analyzes the emotional mobilization of the people's daily official micro blog(hereinafter referred to as "people's daily official micro blog")epidemic report from the four aspects of why,what,how to do and the effect,and explores the reason,the emotion,the path and the effect of the emotional mobilization.Discourse is the core of emotion mobilization mechanism.Based on gumson's hermeneutic wrapping frame theory and emotional mobilization theory,this paper finds that in the process of emotional mobilization,people's daily official micro report adopts patriotic emotional frame,collectivist emotional frame and humanitarian emotional frame,and uses metaphorical discourse such as hero,battle and journey,and SARS memory in the frame device Examples,set up the emotional ceremony of "collective pray" and narrative discourse strategy of story reporting.Taking netizens' comments as a measure of the effect of emotional mobilization,it is found that the emotional mobilization reports of the people's daily successfully aroused netizens' patriotic feelings,collective feelings and humanitarian feelings,and triggered netizens' collective anti epidemic behaviors such as self cooperation and contribution,but also stimulated the potential anger in the society,and even the trend of group polarization.In public emergencies,the social mobilization of media plays an important role.It is an important trend for media to integrate emotional factors in the process of mobilization,but the media should also pay attention to the scale of emotional use,avoid excessive emotional consumption,eliminate the professional value of the theme of the report,and trigger the public's rebellious mood.
