| Since the outbreak of the epidemic in the spring of 2020,the domestic market has not been a promising economic development,with company layoffs,poor logistics and reduced productivity all having a number of impacts on the economy.Compared to digitally managed companies,those under the traditional management model have a weaker bottom line,less resilience to risk and fewer measures to deal with the impact of the epidemic.During the epidemic,many companies chose to maintain their existing funds by selling their idle assets,but for large chains,selling idle assets directly without knowing whether there is a shortage of assets in other business outlets would not only result in a waste of resources,but also require additional expenditure to purchase the missing supplies.Aiming at the problem of idle asset management of chain enterprise A during the epidemic,this paper designs and develops a set of idle asset management system based on SpringBoot.After fully investigating the needs of each factory and the deployment of the network environment,it is proposed to use Google browser to deploy the software environment.The front end uses the Element UI + Vue framework and the back end uses the SpringBoot framework for system development.At the beginning of this paper,the development background of the system is expounded,and the application of digital asset management platform by domestic and foreign enterprises is introduced,which reflects the advantages of digital management to enterprises.After that,the technical architecture used in the system is elaborated,and in the demand analysis module,the non-functional requirements such as functionality and security,interactivity,and scalability of the system are fully considered,and a three-tier system role development architecture for headquarters management,plant administrators,and ordinary users is proposed.In the algorithm implementation module,the system actively adopts the mainstream algorithms in various fields.In order to ensure the security performance of the system,this paper designs AES + RSA hybrid encryption.A geographic location conversion algorithm based on Baidu map API and Redis GEO algorithm is proposed to improve the universality of the system.By combining AHP analytic hierarchy process and weighted average method,scientific decision-making is made in the sorting of system assets display to encourage enterprises to give priority to valuable assets.In the system design module,the E-R diagram and flow chart are used to explain the modules and information interactions that the roles are responsible for.In the system function realization module,the main functions of the system are displayed on the interface,supplemented by functional description.Finally,before the official launch,according to the written manual and test rules,the system has been repeatedly tested for functionality and non-functionality to ensure the stable operation of the system after release.After the on-line operation,the system successfully reached the operational needs of A enterprise.While realizing the unified digital management of chain enterprise assets,the system maximizes the utilization rate of assets by adopting the method of revitalizing assets among various units of enterprises,which can effectively solve the problem of improper handling of idle assets by chain enterprises.In addition,the system actively matches the current mainstream algorithms,and makes a reasonable optimization design for the security,universality and scientificity of the system.In terms of performance,the system optimizes the query by creating intermediate tables and materialized views for large-base asset information.In the post-epidemic period,the system also has good universality for various enterprises,which can save funds,accelerate economic development,and make due contributions to social development. |
