Business Process Optimization Of HB Company Financial Sharing Service Center Based On RPA

In the process of economic globalization,financial shared service centers are used in more and more enterprises and have a good development prospect,but they also face the problems of difficult data integration between information systems of shared service platforms and defects in business processes of financial shared service centers.Therefore,the study of business process optimization of financial shared service center is of great significance.This thesis takes HB company financial shared service center as the research object,and investigates the business process optimization of HB’s financial shared service center based on RPA by analyzing the current situation of its expense reimbursement business and fund management business processes.Firstly,this thesis compares the relevant literature on financial shared service centers,RPA and the application of RPA technology to financial shared service centers,and explains the theoretical foundations related to flattening theory,resource allocation theory,information processing theory and business process optimization,and introduces the ECRSI analysis method in business process optimization.Secondly,after a field survey to obtain relevant information from HB,the status of the business process of expense reimbursement and fund management in HB company financial shared service center was analyzed and found to have problems such as complex business processes,low efficiency,high workload,poor audit quality,inability to achieve priority ranking for fund payments,many bounced cheques for fund payments and low automation.Then,after determining the necessity and feasibility of introducing RPA into the Financial Shared Service Centre,the system framework of RPA in the optimized Financial Shared Service Centre was constructed and analyzed for RPA data collection,processing and output by designing reimbursement application,budget matching,reimbursement audit,email sending reminder,funds payment credit rating,transaction result query,payment application return and bank-enterprise reconciliation automation robot.Finally,analysis of HB company to optimize the implementation of the RPA specific implementation process,briefly HB company financial Shared services center for the implementation of the optimized effect,from the business operation process standards,business process,data mining ability,business process management and business processing technology level four levels gives the RPA increase HB company safeguard measures on the implementation of business process optimization.
