The rapid development of information technology and digital technology leads to the diversification of business models of enterprises,which promotes enterprises to continuously expand the business scale and expand the scope of business.At the same time,medium and large enterprises respond to national policies and go abroad,In this process,accompanied by an increasingly complex organizational structure,decentralized business in various regions,and repeated job setting,it leads to the increase of enterprise operating costs and the reduction of management and control ability.Therefore,in order to maximize profit,realize financial flat management,improve the efficiency of financial operation and enhance their competitiveness,and pursue a more efficient and suitable financial management mode for the development of enterprises,the financial sharing center arises at the historic moment.Through the standardization,standardization,specialization and intelligence of the financial sharing center,the enterprise can realize the scale benefits in the operation process,effectively reduce the cost and increase the efficiency,strengthen the risk control ability,and enhance the enterprise value.Although western enterprises began to use the financial sharing center in 1980,only 40 years,but the operation effect is remarkable,and more and more enterprises began to implement the application of financial sharing center.As the first enterprise to establish a financial sharing center in China,ZTE was the first to realize the transformation of its financial management mode,and has accumulated rich experience in the establishment and operation of the financial sharing center,which can be learned from by other similar enterprises.In view of the above background,this thesis selects zte group to study the case,based on the economies of scale,process reengineering,intensive financial management theory and stakeholders,and adopt case analysis,literature research,inductive analysis,ZTE financial sharing the establishment process and related process,and analyze its operation effect,mainly reflected in reducing cost,improve efficiency and optimize fund management.At the same time,it points out that there are still some problems in poor personnel stability,imperfect information construction,insufficient integration of industry and finance,insufficient capital security control and tax management,and puts forward optimization countermeasures.Finally,the conclusion and the shortcomings of this thesis are summarized.With the vigorous development of information technology,enterprises pay more and more attention to financial management.The construction and implementation of financial sharing center is the trend of The Times.I hope that the research results of this thesis can provide reference and reference for ZTE and other enterprises.
