| In the Internet era,the influence of media on social development has become more and more significant,and its influence has been enhanced with the rapid development of media technology.With the rise of the concept of "network society",we have entered the stage of mediated society.That is to say,as a subsystem of society,media will interact with other subsystems and have an important impact on the construction of social reality.In order to improve the level and capability of modern governance,the country needs to regard the media system as an important participant.From the perspective of mediation,it is necessary to analyze the unique role played by the media in the governance network.Based on the theory of mediation,boundary crossing and holistic governance,this paper takes the "Wednesday Check Restaurant" co-founded by Shenzhen News Network and Shenzhen Market Supervision Bureau as the research object,and conducts a one-month field investigation on it..At the same time,we conducted in-depth interviews with the main creators of Shenzhen News Network and the appearance staff of Shenzhen Market Supervision Bureau,and found that in the "Wednesday Check Restaurant" column,the media logic is through subject empowerment,professional and story-based content narrative,and commercialization and administration.The combined institutional logic is presented;the governance logic is achieved through a network of multiple subjects,a governance process of dynamic negotiation,and a realistic governance effect.From the perspective of governance logic and media logic,this paper finds that there are contradictions between the two parties in terms of the diversity of subjects,the conflict of governance content and the dynamic negotiation of governance results.By introducing the theory of boundary crossing,the research starts with the action mode of the boundary crossing person,and constructs a boundary-breaking fusion path that develops from external information acquisition to internal information exchange and finally achieves external information dissemination.The study found that taking the governance network main body as the guiding logic and the media technology as the tool logic can solve the governance subjectivity debate;combining the media business logic with the multiple goals of governance to conduct secondary checks can solve the issue-based conflict of governance;The combination of legal system and dynamic logic with the content logic of media technology can solve the temporal contradiction of governance.Based on the holistic governance theory,this paper concludes that when the media and the government cross the border,they should explore the common value orientation of serving the public and grasp the guiding role of the government in the process of communication.Expand communication channels with media logic and jointly promote the improvement of governance effects.Finally,according to the actual situation of "Wednesday Check Restaurant",this paper finds that it has the problems of insufficient innovation ability and limited release channels,puts forward relevant suggestions for the sustainable development of the program in the future,and reflects on the research itself,and believes that in the follow-up The empirical analysis of different subjects can be continuously enriched in the research to obtain more accurate research findings. |
