| In order to cope with the new development trend of smart tourism scenic spots and the new requirements of industry safety development,video monitoring system as wisdom scenic spot "the brain central nervous",not only can real-time monitor the scenic tourists dynamic,prevent accident,also can undertake traffic control,and the applications of traffic information to wisdom scenic spot management each link.It not only provides intelligent management means for scenic spot managers,but also creates a convenient and comfortable sightseeing environment for tourists.However,at present,there are few researches on the video surveillance system of smart scenic spots,especially the evaluation index system and evaluation standard of the scarce research,lead to wisdom scenic spot of the construction of the actual effect is not obvious.This paper analyzes the basic concept of wisdom scenic area,studies the current situation of the development of video surveillance,sums up the predecessors’ evaluation about the video monitoring system related model,proposes for intelligent video monitoring system,which is the demand of comprehensive evaluation of scenic spots,from home and abroad can draw lessons from the basis of theoretical research and evaluation standard of existing video surveillance system,indepth analysis of relevant concepts and principles,Through scientific and reasonable decomposition,induction and synthesis,the project evaluation index system and comprehensive effect evaluation standard of smart scenic spot video surveillance system are established,which is convenient for scenic spot managers to make more specific and objective design,construction,operation and operation decisions of the system.First,the evaluation indicators are pre-selected.Combined with existing standards and literature review and study,and considering the actual use of system from design and construction effect,operation effect and application effects of three aspects of the relevant index to build index hierarchy,the first level as the goal layer P,the second layer as the criterion layer,the third level for C solution layer,criterion layer and subdivided into criterion layer and rule layer B;Secondly,construct the evaluation index system.Compile consultation questionnaire,use Delphi method to solicit expert opinions,combined with the concentration and coordination of expert opinions,establish a set of appropriate evaluation index system;Then,establish the comprehensive evaluation model.AHP method and fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method are adopted to construct a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and the project evaluation situation of video surveillance system in the smart scenic spot of Gucheng Lake Slow City is input into the model for empirical analysis.Finally,the evaluation results and suggestions for system improvement are put forward.Evaluation and application of the study on how to effectively wisdom scenic video monitoring system has important practical significance,put forward on optimization of monitoring equipment layout,the inherent habits change management and so on,to scenic spots to maximize use of video surveillance system project,is more advantageous to wisdom scenic spot management upgrades in the future. |
