Intelligentization Of Tourism Scenic Spot Management Based On RFID

With the advent of the era of mass tourism,and the rapid development of information technology such as cloud computing,Internet of things,mobile communication,the development of intelligent tourism.Enhancing the level of scenic management,meeting the individual needs of tourists and improving the management efficiency of tourism management has become a major innovation to improve tourism industry.As one of the four basic sectors of the tourism industry,the intelligent level of scenic management directly affects the tourists'satisfaction and image building of urban tourism destination,further.This paper summarizes the existing research results,relevant theories and practical experiences and analyzes the purpose and scope of application of intelligent management in scenic spots.The paper takes the typical demonstration Xi' an Huaqing Palace as a case to analyze the status quo,existing problems and the necessity of intelligent management of scenic areas.Besides,by using the FRID,the paper aims to build an intelligent management platform for the scenic spots and realize the intelligent management of the scenic spots.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:Wisdom scenic spot construction is to meet the needs of the tourism market,to promote the tourism industry to upgrade,in response to the relevant policies of the country's inevitable requirements,and The intelligent of scenic management is one of the important content;Intelligent scenic management can be applied to the area of energy management,scenic ticket management,scenic tourist management,office management,traffic management,shopping wisdom management,scenic wisdom security and environmental monitoring management etc.Huaqing Palace scenic area management exists in the backward traveling service system,the shortage of information technology professionals,inadequate infrastructure construction,the not high level coordination of information sharing and operation.So it is very necessary to carry out the intelligent management of scenic spots.Based on the RFID technology,though the operation by video surveillance,access ticketing,tourist flow,electronic attendance,scenic transportation,scenic and environmental monitoring sub office management platform of Huaqing Palace scenic wisdom management platform,can realize the scenic spot in the tourists,vehicles,personnel and environment and other aspects of management wisdom.The research results of this paper can provide basis and reference for the construction of Huaqing Palace intelligent scenic spot,and it also can be used as a reference for intelligent construction of other scenic spots.
