Design And Implementation Of Smart Park Management System

In recent years,the scale of investment in the smart park market has shown a steady expansion trend.It aims to transform the traditional artificial park management model into a new digital solution through informatization and borrowing technologies such as the Internet and the Internet of Things.The goal of high-speed circulation of information and mutual benefit and sharing of resources in the park has reduced operating costs while also improving production efficiency in the park,and doing its utmost to improve employee job satisfaction.This article first conducts a detailed investigation on the development of domestic and foreign parks,and learns related development technologies.Then,comprehensively inspected the existing needs in the park operation process,and designed the realization plan of the smart park management system in detail.Carry out system development step by step in accordance with the plan,and test and verify the developed system.The system includes five modules: corporate office,lease management,traffic management,property management,and park affairs.The corporate office module includes address book,approval,and announcement sub-modules,covering the main office needs of the normal operation of the enterprise;the lease management module includes spatial data,Space assets,incubator management,lease contracts,billing and charging sub-modules integrate all the information of transactions between operators and tenants;the passage management module includes vehicle release and public access control sub-modules,which facilitates the passage of people and vehicles in the park;property management The module includes integrated patrol and warehouse management sub-modules,which realizes the digital management of the park’s security properties;the park office includes park visitors and park announcement sub-modules to facilitate information management of visitors and check announcements by settled enterprises.The system mainly adopts Java language,uses front-end and back-end separation mode for development,and the architecture style is RESTful.The front-end is based on the Vue framework for interface design,and the back-end combines Spring Boot and Spring Cloud technologies for development and maintenance.The system uses Mysql as the database and Redis as the cache to provide better concurrent processing capabilities.After the system was implemented,functional and non-functional test cases were designed respectively,and the whole system was pressure tested.The experimental results showed that all business requirements were met.Finally,I summarized the whole research and did deep thinking.At the same time,I also deeply discussed the next research direction of the smart park management system,and gave several guidance that can be improved to help the park’s business more and more.The more efficient and intelligent,the transformation and upgrading of the park will be facilitated.The smart park management system provides great help for the comprehensive management of the park,not only can improve the quality of the park,create economic benefits,but also play a very important role in the upgrading of urban industries.
