Study The Smart Park O&M Management Information System Based On BIM

In recent years,the BIM technology has been widely used and developed in the whole life-cycle of construction projects,especially the application in the operation and maintenance stage has become research hotspot.Meanwhile,use BIM,GIS and other related technologies to increase value of construction projects,has become a new trend of project management.The research and practice of BIM in the O&M management stage is mainly focused on the maintenance and management of the building space,the security of the facilities and equipment and O&M management,but the application of smart park O&M management is very rare.In this paper,BIM and GIS,CRYENGINE are integrated applied into the O&M management of the smart park,constructed the framework of smart park O&M management information system based on BIM.In this paper,the following research work has been done mainly:(1)Analyzed the traditional O&M management and the O&M management based on BIM,proposed integrated facilities management,urban management,environmental management and community management.Combined with the principle and characteristics of BIM,GIS,Internet of Things(IOT),CRYENGINE and cloud technology,constructed the basic framework of the smart park O&M management information system based on BIM.(2)Analyzed the application of BIM in the smart park O&M management,concluded the function demand of the park O&M management,selected a reasonable operation platform,the core elements of the smart park O&M management information system framework was discussed from data layer,model layer and function layer.(3)Introduced the implementing plans of the smart park O&M management information system based on BIM.From the selection and construction of O&M platform,considering the characteristics of model integration,model optimization and lightweight,studied the key technologies of BIM technology implementation standard,equipment coding and O&M and interaction of BIM model.(4)Combined with the engineering example,this paper has realized the research and development of O&M management information system based on BIM.Analyzed The important and key point,and carried on the forecast to the future.From the above four aspects,this thesis expounded the smart park O&M management based on BIM,and expounded the implementation process and the difficulties of O&M management information system based on BIM,provided experience and reference to future O&M management of the smart park and smart city.
