With the rapid development of China's economy,park construction has become extensive,urbanization,informatization and application have been gradually integrated,and its level continues to improve.The concept of "smart city" and "smart park" has been deeply rooted in people's mind.At present,the monitoring level of the smart park still needs to be improved.Problems such as poor operation experience,single monitoring system,difficult management and high maintenance cost still exist.Therefore,it is necessary to combine the three-dimensional information visualization,unified monitoring and security system,humanized management and maintenance organically.Based on the 3D virtual earth engine Cesium,this paper designed and developed a two and three dimensional visual monitoring system for the strong and weak electric information in the park,which effectively improved the monitoring management and information exchange,improved the security and practicability of the park,and proved the necessity of the development of smart city in the future through the demonstration of smart park.The research contents of this system are as follows:Firstly,the development of the smart park and the research status at home and abroad are briefly introduced,the characteristics of the framework layered structure of Cesium are analyzed,and its characteristics are summarized,and the relevant technologies of 3D GIS and common Web front-end are expounded.Secondly,the loading method of 3D model suitable for the park is proposed.For massive model data,the loading method of 3D data model is adopted,namely gl TF format and 3DTiles mode.At the same time,the spatial data parameterized rendering method is combined with the3 D data model effectively,which is conducive to reducing data redundancy and improving browsing speed.Two algorithms are proposed for the loading scheduling of massive data.One is a point-surface view frustum clipping based on Cesium to realize the visibility judgment of Cesium in the scene.The other is a quadtree mass data scheduling algorithm based on the view frustum clipping,which can load massive data according to requirements and increase the smoothness of scene rendering.Then a 3D interaction method suitable for the park is proposed.Perform scene roaming,floor layering,model file uploading,3D model selection,property display and editing,information query and message push and other operations in the park are conducted according to requirements.Finally,the 3D model information interaction diagram is presented.Finally,3D visual monitoring system of the smart park based on Cesium is designed and implemented.On the basis of the overall design of the system,the modules of user management authority management,scene roaming,floor layering,equipment management,information query and message push,background data management and so on are displayed.
