To respond positively to the national call for "Internet+" and smart cities,various regions have made use of information technology and innovation concepts to optimize urban management and services.As an important form of smart city and a microcosm of areas,smart parks have become an important form of social development.Building an integrated management platform that meets user needs,improves park management efficiency,creates a convenient government service environment,integrates park information resources,and provides intelligent prediction and monitoring is the central task of smart park construction.Gansu Linxia Economic Development Zone is located in the Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture in the southwest of central Gansu Province.Compared with the developed areas in eastern China,the level of information and management is relatively backward.With the improvement of the communication infrastructure,the online understanding of policy advice,online office services,online product promotion,online promotion of investment promotion,business management,and other services have become the economic development zone government departments and enterprises strong demand.Therefore,there is an urgent need to establish the information management platform of Linxia Intelligent Park to provide convenient online services for local government and enterprise personnel,promote investment through network promotion,and assist management to understand the production and operation status of enterprises through data statistics and algorithm analysis,to formulate effective development strategies.This thesis builds the digital information management system of Linxia Smart Park and realizes the intelligent upgrading of Smart Park.The main work and innovations of the paper are as follows:1.This paper examines the development status of intelligent park management platforms at home and abroad and conducts an inspection and research on Linxia Economic Development Zone.The survey finds that the information technology level of the development zone is low,and the focus of work is on investment promotion,daily business handling,enterprise e-commerce,simplifying project approval,and enterprise development control,and other aspects.2.Based on the research results,this paper combed and analyzed the requirements of the Linxia Intelligent Park Management Platform in detail.The platform needs to design user and permission management,portal news management,office task management,enterprise management and commodity management,enterprise project application approval,enterprise financial report management,enterprise production and operation forecasting needs,to help the park realize online office,online approval,enterprise operation tracking and intelligent forecasting and other services.In addition to the above-targeted needs,the platform can provide internal message management,procurement,and maintenance travel reimbursement management to meet the daily needs of campus staff.3.In response to the needs of Linxia Economic Development Zone to ensure both automated office and intelligent technology to promote the actual development of the zone,this article builds an agile development architecture that integrates multilingual environments.The Spring Boot framework for the Java platform has been used as the primary functional module development tool.We also use the Tornado framework for the Python platform design and production management prediction algorithm model.Spring Boot is combined with Tornado as the system's back end framework,and remote calls between the two are made via RESTful.The front end of the system uses the Vue.js framework in combination with ElementUI to achieve a unified style of component-based web design.The use of Axios encapsulated Ajax technology can effectively prevent CSRF attacks.4.Based on the system learning of related technologies and the detailed design of the platform,we use MySQL to build Linxia database tables,develop and realize user management,permission management,customized display of portal news,project application approval,the export of reports EXCEL,online communication,statistical upload of enterprise financial reports,visual display of financial report data,intelligent prediction of enterprise operation and other functions for government and enterprise users.Among them,the production operation forecasting model is built by finding the optimal parameters of the time series model ARIMA and the regression tree model XGBoost.We make quantitative forecasts of business operations to help companies understand business trends.The government can use this as a basis to understand the current status of enterprise development and to formulate and adjust development strategies.5.In order to cope with the increasing access to the system,we configured the Redis master-slave server as a cache in front of MySQL to reduce direct access to the database.We used the master-slave server read-write separation to improve system performance.Java-based background development environment and Python-based data analysis environment ensures that the realization of various functional requirements is based on excellent underlying frameworks.
