| With the continuous progress and maturity of modern information technology,the contribution of IT project delivery ability to the core competitiveness of software enterprises is gradually obvious,but many software enterprises have problems in project management.H Company is a typical project-oriented enterprise in the software development industry.Its existing software development project management template warehouse has a set of huge management system,but lack of reasonable project team structure,appropriate team operation mode and effective quality assurance strategy.The project delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction are low.In this thesis,a comprehensive and elaborate analysis was carried out on the current operation of software project management in H Company;the existing problems were sorted out,the causes of which were anatomized and nine sticking points were extracted:Organization,Team Structure,Value Management,Quality Management,Scope Management,Risk Management,Agile Knowledge,Technical Knowledge,Process Design.In view of these reasons,the author consulted many existing research materials of agile theory,understood the theoretical background of software p roject management development and the research status of lean Agile methodology,and studied the internal and external environment and team structure characteristics of H Company.Then,eight improvement points were identified,including "Organization-level Support","Team Structure Improvement","Value Management Improvement","Quality Management Improvement","Scope Management Improvement","Team Technical Knowledge Cultivation","Team Agile Knowledge Cultivation" and "Implementation of Agile Scrum Method",and the improvement countermeasures were given.Based on these improvement approaches,the Project Management Office of H Company as the agile leader led the agile pilot team to implement the project management improvement plan,which laid a solid foundation for the agile transformation of H company’s project management. |
