Strategy transition of the Yinhe corporation need one set of agile software management process. The success of the process improvement will have deep influence to the strategy transition. And it is time to build an agile software project management process.Based on the IDEAL model, the softeware project agile management in YinHe Corporation was researched and applied. Firstly after mastered the basic principles for software process improvements , pre-improvement jobs were done as initiating; Then, diagnosing the problems in the projects deployed before;Thirdly. Improved softeware process was established according to the diagnose; Then, new software product development were made based on the improved softeware process, And finally, summarizing the experiences from the improvement actions was made to leveraging.The pre-improvement process was based on the normal project management which cannot meet the yinhe corpany strategy transition. The pre-improvement process lack flexibility, especially when the requirements are not clear, which results in mismatch for true requirements, post corrections and high cost for corrections.Agile methods are fast and flexsible. Agile methods pay more attention to individuals and interactions over processes and tools; pay more attention to the true value of the working software over the comprehensive documentation; pay more attention to Customer collaboration over contract negotiation; pay more attention to Responding to change over following a plan. In the intelligent project,Agile methods are pratised which lead the project to success.
