| In recent years,with the drastic changes in the internal and external situation and the continuous increase in the development needs of enterprises,domestic enterprises have paid more and more attention to the independent controllability of basic software.Especially in the financial industry,regulatory authorities have put forward clear guidance,requiring financial institutions to complete core technology transformation within a specified time to achieve self-control.As one of the core technical software,the database undoubtedly plays an important role in this process,and has a very high complexity.A certain degree of uncertainty may appear in the stages of database type selection,architecture transformation,deployment and online deployment of bank database information creation projects.Therefore,it is necessary to use project management professional methods to identify,analyze,respond to and monitor project risks.Based on the theories and methods of project risk management,this thesis takes A Bank’s database Cintron project as an example and focuses on the risk management of the project.According to the risk analysis process,this thesis firstly identifies the possible risks involved in the construction process of A Bank’s database Cintron project by using brainstorming method and WBS-RBS matrix method,and identifies 20 potential risk factors in five risk types,and on this basis,constructs a hierarchical model using hierarchical analysis method to evaluate and analyze the risk factors affecting the database Cintron project.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk level of the risk factors of the Cintron database,and finally the risk countermeasures are proposed for the database Cintron project.The project risks are monitored by means of risk reports and risk monitoring systems to identify relevant risks in a timely manner.This study provides guidance and reference to the risk management of related database Cintron projects in the banking and financial industries,and the identified related risks and countermeasures are also important references for other similar Cintron projects in the financial industry to avoid some risk problems in the projects. |
