Thanks to the application of 3D modeling technology and motion capture technology,virtual idols have emerged.In today’s society where real idols are constantly exposed to scandals and social recognition and trust are decreasing,the emergence of virtual idols gives the public another choice.As an emerging industry and culture,the study of the media presentation of virtual idols and their communication effects among audience groups is of great significance for the development of virtual idols and the study of the whole industry.Based on the perspective of communication,this paper takes the virtual idol group "A-SOUL" as an example to study and analyze the media presentation and communication effect of virtual idols.Through the data analysis of the videos released by "A-SOUL" on the main activity platform-Bilibili Barrage Network(referred to as B station),the presentation of virtual idol media images is studied from five aspects:language characteristics,lyric style,stage scene,body expression and appearance."A-SOUL" presents the overall image through the lyrics in the musical works and enhances the differentiation of the image through dialects,showing the friendly and natural idol image,while the stage scene arrangement of its performance is in line with the theme and image,and the delicate and real body expression under the blessing of perfect and cute shape design and technology further presents a perfect and cute virtual idol image,which is in line with the aesthetics and preferences of the audience and further expands the influence and communication power.At the same time,this paper combines the questionnaire survey method and the in-depth interview method to study and analyze the communication effect of "A-SOUL".SPSS social science statistical software was used to analyze the questionnaire results,and the communication effect of "A-SOUL" was analyzed from the three levels of cognition,attitude and behavior,and the overall effect was good.Finally,in the study of the media presentation and communication effect of "A-SOUL",it is found that it still has shortcomings such as low content richness,single work form,stereotypical aesthetics of virtual idol images,and the problem of labor alienation.These research results are undoubtedly beneficial to guide the healthy development of virtual idols. |
