Research On The Construction Of Public Cultural Space In County Libraries In Guizho

In recent years,the strategic status of a cultural power has gradually risen,and the state has issued a series of relevant policies to clarify the important functions of countylevel libraries in the public cultural service system.At this stage,there is a big gap between the construction level of public cultural space of county-level libraries in China and that of developed countries,and the construction of public cultural space of countylevel libraries needs to speed up the pace to meet the needs of the people for library public cultural space and enrich the spiritual and cultural space of the people.This paper first summarizes the current status of relevant research at home and abroad,analyzes the relevant theories,and then analyzes and summarizes excellent cases to provide reference for the research of this paper.Next,this paper selects the characteristic county-level libraries of Guizhou Province as the research objects,and conducts questionnaire research.First of all,the author summarizes all county-level libraries in Guizhou Province and selects county-level libraries with high visibility and local characteristics.Then,the questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the physical cultural space and virtual cultural space of the sample county-level libraries.Secondly,the relevant data of the construction of public cultural space of sample county-level libraries were collected through the fieldwork method,and a summary analysis was carried out,and it was found that there were the following problems in the physical cultural space,virtual cultural space and spiritual cultural space of countylevel libraries in Guizhou Province,the physical space capacity was small and old,the service quality of the relevant physical space was poor,the number of library professional and technical personnel and professional service personnel was small,and there were still some deficiencies in humanized and personalized services.In addition,the construction of virtual cultural space is relatively backward,and only We Chat is more popular with readers in the construction of online platforms,and the types of online platforms are too single.In addition,the spiritual and cultural space has not yet been presented.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes an optimization path: the optimization path of physical cultural space is to expand the library space,strengthen the construction of library professional talent system,and merge with other cultural institutions;In terms of virtual cultural space,the optimization path is to strengthen the construction of digital libraries,improve the construction of digital library platforms through multiple channels,and build a virtual service system;In terms of spiritual and cultural space,the optimization path is to do a good job in the theme activities of "Colorful Guizhou",publicize Guizhou’s characteristic culture,actively publicize ethnic minority culture,create a business card for multi-ethnic cultural integration in Guizhou Province,actively publicize red culture,and tell the story of Guizhou’s red culture.Because the library lacks a lot of funds and talents in the construction of public cultural space,it needs strong support from the government.In summary,at the theoretical level,this paper innovatively constructs the classification framework of public cultural space of county-level libraries,and divides it into three parts: physical cultural space,virtual cultural space and spiritual cultural space.The path of public cultural space construction of county-level libraries is optimized,and the public cultural space theory of county-level libraries is enriched.At the practical level,this paper has important practical significance in order to promote the development of county-level libraries in Guizhou Province and build a public cultural service system.
