| Community Supported Agriculture(CSA)originated in Japan in the 1970s.It usually adopts ecological planting,in which producers and consumers directly connect to release intermediary profits,share production risks and benefits,and is a new mode of agricultural product supply and marketing.After entering our country at the beginning of this century,the support of the majority of consumers,tourism in Community Supported Agriculture also emerged.However,at the same time,problems such as lack of trust between producers and consumers,low consumer retention rate,low business sustainability,and poor tourism service experience continue to hinder the further development of CSA.The theory of agriculture and tourism integration holds that the integration of agriculture and tourism can lengthen the industrial value chain,promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure and support the sustainable development of relevant organizations Therefore,this study discussed the content of the integration of agriculture and tourism in CSA,made an in-depth investigation on the current development status of Shanghai CSA farms,and put forward the strategy of the integration of agriculture and tourism development and service design.Finally,taking Shanghai Baiouhuan Organic ecological Farm as an example,this study put forward specific service design optimization strategy,and carries out service system optimization and specific contact design practice. |
