The IoT of Agriculture provide a lot of convenience and guarantee of food safety,which base on many kinds of application services. As the coming of IoT Age, the IoT of Agriculture technology will spread widely,and thus the total visits of the application service will increase sharply. The quality of service becomes more and more important,because the quality will influence the user experience, therefore influence the popularization of the IoT technology.To ensure the quality of the service,we need a monitoring system aimed at application service of the IoT of Agriculture.And this is the point of this dissertation.This dissertation proposed a solution of the monitoring of the application, which based on the thorough investigation of feature of IoT of Agriculture and its application service platform.The solution ensures the normal operation of the platform in three aspect including the Sensor Layer,Network Layer and Application Layer. At Sensor Layer, the solution builds the connection between the sensor devices and services,in order to locate the trouble when the service system encounter some data fault. At Network Layer, the solution ensures the proper functioning of the gateway by effective configuration management, which provide a stable environment for data transportation between application layer and its lower layer. At Application Layer, the solution calculate a reasonable threshold value of the performance and quality, based on the load testing of the core service system and the research of the safety and user experience of IoT.At the same time, we proposes a set of monitoring solution that is specific to the IoT of Agriculture. When the index is beyond the threshold, the alert will be triggered and mail or sms will be sent to related engineers. All the alerts will be logged in the database and sorted according to their order of severity for the purpose of further analysis. Using this solution,the system administrator will be informed the status of the performance and load of the IoT platform and they can locate the system fault cause in a shorter time.They can act in time to fix the trouble so that the loss will be minimized.It have great significance for the popularization of the IoT technology.
