| In recent years,due to the impact of the global epidemic and China is in the period of industrial adjustment,the severe employment situation makes people eager to enter the civil service system,which leads to the rise of the civil service examination training industry.Hardware resources such as multimedia classrooms and software resources such as teaching platforms cannot meet the needs of students with different levels and progress at the same time,and resource construction lacks coordination.The public service exam training industry is developing from offline to online.Candidates can make use of fragmented time for independent and efficient learning through public exam apps.It provides a learning immersion environment for candidates,provides personalized design,retains the candidates’ learning traces and learning records,and provides visual feedback for candidates’ learning outcomes.On the basis of research review and comments,this paper puts forward the definition of online education and the definition of public test APP.Taking the users of public test APP as the research object,with the help of technology acceptance model,information system continuous use model,conversion cost theory and flow theory as the framework of this research,it makes empirical analysis with the help of valid data and draws research conclusions.The key factors leading to the conversion of public test APP users from adoption to continuous use are deduced.The empirical results show that the adoption of public test APP users to continuous transformation is influenced by many factors,and the influencing factors and hierarchical relationship are clarified: In the adoption stage,user external variables,perceived ease of use,conversion cost and satisfaction have positive and direct significant effects on the adoption intention,while immersion experience and entertainment interaction have no positive and direct significant effects on the adoption intention to continuous transformation.In the continuous use stage,user external variables,perceived ease of use,immersive experience and entertainment interaction have positive and direct significant influence on adoption to sustainable conversion,conversion cost has no positive and direct significant influence on sustainable use behavior,and satisfaction has positive mediating effect between adoption to sustainable conversion and sustainable use behavior.As a moderating variable,habit has a significant negative moderating effect on the relationship between adoption to sustainable transformation and sustainable use behavior.Adoption willingness positively influences adoption to sustainable transformation,and then positively influences sustainable use behavior.Finally,according to the research conclusions,suggestions are put forward for the further improvement of public examination apps,which should focus on platform construction,improve perceived usability,create immersive experience and learning situations,enhance user entertainment interaction,improve user satisfaction,increase conversion costs,cultivate user habits,take user needs as the center,and improve the use value of public examination apps. |
