With the rapid development of the new round of industrial revolution represented by intelligent manufacturing,digitization,information and intelligence have increasingly become the main trend of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.As one of the key enabling technologies of intelligent manufacturing intelligence sensing layer,RFID plays a very important role in promoting economic development,optimizing business processes,promoting manufacturing transformation and upgrading,improving quality and efficiency.Although China's RFID technology has been widely used in some fields,due to the different adoption capacity of enterprises,there will be differences in the level of RFID adoption in different regions,different industries and different enterprises,and the low matching degree between enterprise adoption capacity and RFID adoption level is still an important bottleneck restricting the large-scale application and application effect of RFID in manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,in order to promote the scientific adoption of RFID in manufacturing enterprises and further improve the application effect of RFID,it is particularly important to make an in-depth study on the key influencing factors and mechanism of RFID adoption under different adoption levels,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,the present situation and trend of the application of RFID in manufacturing industry was analyzed,and then the STOPE-AM model for the research on the influencing factors of RFID adoption in manufacturing enterprises was proposed.Finally,the key factors and mechanism of RFID adoption in manufacturing enterprises under different adoption levels were empirically analyzed,and the countermeasures to promote the level of RFID adoption were put forward.This paper can enrich the information technology adoption theory and STOPE framework,and provide scientific guidance and theoretical basis for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to adopt RFID effectively.The main content of this paper includes the following parts:The first part is the RFID adoption model of manufacturing enterprises.On the basis of adoption maturity,the RFID adoption level was classified and summarized;the initial influencing factors of RFID adoption were extracted by content analysis method,and the influencing factors of RFID adoption in manufacturing enterprises were preliminarily determined based on the STOPE framework.Based on the hypothesis analysis of the influencing factors and level of RFID adoption,a STOPE-AM model was constructed to study the influencing factors of RFID adoption in manufacturing enterprises.The second part is the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of RFID adoption in manufacturing enterprises.Based on the data of 357 questionnaires,the structural equation model was used to analyze the key influencing factors and mechanism of RFID adoption in manufacturing enterprises at different adoption levels.the results show that the key factors affecting RFID adoption in manufacturing enterprises are different at different adoption levels,and the higher the adoption level is,the more complex the key factors are.The third part is the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the RFID adoption level of manufacturing enterprises.According to the adoption and application of RFID in manufacturing enterprises,combined with the results of empirical analysis,some countermeasures to promote the level of RFID adoption in manufacturing enterprises from the five aspects of strategy,technology,organization,people and environment were put forward.
