Research On The Development And Utilization Of Yellow River Archives Resources In Henan Provinc

The Yellow River is the main birthplace of Chinese civilization and the mother river of the descendants of Yanhuang.Since ancient times,the Chinese people have never stopped the management and development of the Yellow River,and have accumulated a large number of valuable archives in practice,which are of great significance to the in-depth understanding of the Yellow River.The study of the development and utilization of the Yellow River archival resources is of positive significance in promoting the harmonious and healthy development of several fields in the Yellow River region.At the same time,this research has an important role in inheriting and promoting the Yellow River culture,which further contributes to the high-quality development of the ecological economy of the Yellow River basin.In the study of the development and utilization of Yellow River archives,this paper takes Henan Province as an example,and uses literature research,field survey method and network research method to investigate and analyze the current situation of the development and utilization of Yellow River archives in Henan Province,to understand the current situation of the development and utilization of Yellow River archives in Henan Province,and then to propose problems and shortcomings of the existing Yellow River archival resources,and to formulate practical strategies.The author hopes to provide practical and feasible strategies for the development and utilization of Yellow River archives in Henan Province.The author hopes to contribute to the development and utilization of the Yellow River archives in Henan Province,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting and inheriting the Yellow River culture and adding to the high-quality development of the Yellow River basin.The first part begins with the introduction of the specific situation of the Yellow River archives,respectively from the types of the Yellow River archives,characteristics,values and other aspects of the introduction,and tells the significance of the Yellow River archives development and utilization from four aspects,so that readers have a simple understanding of the Yellow River archives and the Yellow River archives development and utilization work.The second part analyzes in detail the problems existing in the current development and utilization process of the Yellow River archives in Henan Province,combining the data collected by the author’s research and the achievements of the current development and utilization work in Henan Province.The third part puts forward corresponding effective countermeasures for the problems found in four aspects: promoting the construction of the archives information resource system,increasing the development of the Yellow River archives,improving the utilization and service capabilities of the Yellow River archives,and accelerating the informationization of the Yellow River archives.
