Research On The Aging-friendly Design Of Medical APP Based On User Information Need

With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,mobile medical APP has developed rapidly,providing people with convenient and timely medical information and diagnosis and treatment services,and constantly changing people’s traditional health care methods.In particular,China’s aging degree is deepening,the number of elderly groups is growing,and more and more elderly people are beginning to use medical APP for information browsing,online consultation,etc.,to meet their own needs for medical and health information.However,studies have shown that the current medical APP has problems such as multiple functions and difficulty in using for the elderly,and the degree of APP aging is insufficient.Therefore,this paper hopes to analyze the information needs of elderly users,carry out targeted medical APP aging design,better use digital information technology to meet the needs of the elderly,so that the elderly can easily enjoy convenient mobile medical services,improve the health information literacy of the elderly,and realize their expectations for a better new life.Firstly,this paper systematically sorts out the relevant research results on age-appropriate design,information needs of the elderly,and medical APP at home and abroad.Secondly,through interviews and literature analysis,the information needs of medical APP users were investigated,and 30 user information needs were summarized according to three dimensions of information resources,information services and information systems based on information demand theory.Then,a Kano questionnaire is prepared and distributed according to the information demand items,and data processing and analysis are carried out.By classifying the attributes and ranking the importance of information requirements,they are divided into expectation,charm,indifference,and must-have.Then,according to the results of Kano analysis,the functional architecture of medical APP suitable for aging was designed,and the functional presentation effect and usage process were prototyped designed.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions for the age-appropriate design of medical APP,and enriches medical and health encyclopedias and ensures the reliability of information resources in terms of information resources.In terms of information services,it is necessary to improve medical services,meet the social needs of elderly users,and add health management services;In terms of information systems,it is necessary to provide personalized operation interfaces for elderly users,strengthen the protection of users’ personal information,and launch emergency and auxiliary functions.
