| For the past few years,the citizens have gradually regarded the Internet as the chief way to obtain information,and most users will find information related to health topics through the Internet.The importance of health has gradually increased,and health information has gradually become a necessary information demand.Weibo has grown to be one of the maximal domestic social media platforms and an important approach for users to access and disseminate health information.The emergence of the Weibo super topic community provides a gathering place for users with the same interest to exchange and discuss,but the user’s health information needs have not been effectively met.So as to afford better services,it is necessary to study the health information needs of users.This paper selects the Weibo nine-valent super topic community as the research sample,and identifies the index elements of users’ health information needs through semi-structured interview,text analysis and literature review.On this basis,a Kano questionnaire is developed and the target group is issued.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,the traditional classification and Better-Worse coefficient analysis of user health information needs are carried out,and the user health information needs are prioritized.Therefore,it puts forward the optimization strategy of improving the super topic community service,paying attention to opinion leaders and professionals and innovating the information service mode of the super topic community according to the priority of user needs.This helps the Weibo super topic community to further understand the needs of users,determine the optimization order of information provision and service improvement,and facilitate the sustainable development of Weibo super topic community. |
