With the rapid development of social economy,the continuous improvement of national living standards,the increasing life span of human beings,and the increasing aging population,the "4-2-1" family structure has become the mainstream mode of the times.The traditional pension mode is difficult to meet the social needs,and the pension difficulties in China have become unprecedented.The development and promotion of robots have become a new way to solve this problem.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the market of elderly products is rising rapidly,and the intelligent products of emotional experience have become the mainstream of the market.The elderly service robot is an important research topic in the field of artificial intelligence manufacturing,and has broad market prospects.It is necessary to design a service robot to solve the daily care problems of elderly users.However,the existing products in the market only focus on function and technology research,ignore the demand acquisition of elderly users,lack of emotional experience expression in the design,resulting in low user satisfaction and poor market competitiveness of service robots.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the shape interface design of elderly service robot based on emotional cognitive factors.This paper analyzes the research status and development process of service robots at home and abroad,integrates the physiological,psychological characteristics and lifestyle characteristics of the target elderly groups,and explores the impact of these characteristics on the design of service robots.Firstly,qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out for elderly users through interview and questionnaire survey,and the basic demand points for service robot design of the elderly are integrated.On this basis,the fuzzy Kano TOPSIS model is established to calculate the basic demand points,so as to determine the functional characteristics of the robot and convert the design point with the user's journey diagram;secondly,it is emotional Under the guidance of design and three-level theory,the basic design principles are proposed from the perspective of ergonomics,functional requirements and aesthetic appreciation of elderly users,and the morphological interface design of elderly service robot is completed,As the terminal of the intelligent home care system,it can realize the functions of information collection and home appliance control,and provide more humanized service for the elderly.Finally,the scientific and effective fuzzy mathematical model is used to evaluate and verify the interface scheme of the service robot.The research results can lay a foundation for the shape design and technology development of intelligent service robot.It also provides theoretical and technical support for future research in related fields.
