| The foreign exchange and cooperation of archives is an important component of Chinese archives undertakings and an important component of national foreign affairs activities and cultural exchanges.Under the new era background,the archives department,as a cultural institution,should use archives to strengthen foreign cultural exchanges under the strategy of cultural power,combine with the foreign policy of great powers,and serve the country’s overall diplomacy.Therefore,in the new era,the foreign exchange and cooperation of archives should be elevated to the height of diplomatic strategy,combined with new development opportunities,research on the development of foreign exchange and cooperation of archives,to achieve high-quality development of archives,in the archival cultural exchange and external practice,to promote the journey of major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Based on the method of literature research,historical research and network investigation,this paper combs the development track of Chinese archives’ foreign exchange and cooperation activities,analyzes the historical experience obtained,and analyzes and discusses the external practice of French and German archives in combination with the experience of foreign archives’ foreign exchange and cooperation activities.Finally,this paper studies the development opportunities and difficulties of Chinese archives’ foreign exchange and cooperation in the new era.Based on historical experience and foreign experience,this paper puts forward development countermeasures for Chinese archives’ foreign exchange and cooperation in the new era from three aspects: establishing a stable long-term exchange mechanism,constructing diversified cooperation platforms and mobilizing multi-subject collaborative participation. |
