Research On International Cooperation Of Archives For The Belt And Road

“The Belt and Road”initiative is an important measure to deepen current international cooperation.This study not only enriches the basic theory of archives,but also supplements the“The Belt and Road” cooperation theory.It will have certain guiding significance in the future international cooperation of archives,and hence a positive impact on supporting and spreading Chinese culture in the areas of "The Belt and Road" project,and therefore to promote the international status of Chinese archival science to a certain extent.Firstly,this study based on the history of the Silk Road,“The Belt and Road”initiative,facilitated community with a shared future for mankind and The International Council for Archives proposed international cooperation on archives.Secondly,it analyzes the need of "The Belt and Road" initiative to provide evidence for international cooperation on archives.That is through sharing China's experience,carry forward the spirit of the Silk Road and build a community of shared future for mankind.Through literature research,this paper reviewed the fields of international archives cooperation in the international archives conference,and combined the advantages of Chinese archives to put forward the breakthrough areas for international cooperation of "The Belt and Road" archives,including the joint construction of archives information resources and the cooperation of archives education.This paper puts forward the construction path of integrating archival information resources construction into development planning,strengthening the communication among countries along the route,constructing think tank platforms,introducing archival information resources of minority languages,and strengthening the construction of talent team.In view of archival education,this paper puts forward the idea of internationalization of archival education,constructs international education mode,promotes academic exchanges among countries along the belt and road,encourages cross-border education and establishes the cooperation path of teacher's education alliance along the belt and road.These effective construction strategies proposed by integrating multiple factors in hope of jointly providing services for the “Belt and Road”.
