With the intense competition of market and the rapid development of information technology,the traditional manufacturing methods and management methods have restricted the improvement of production efficiency.In order to improve own competitiveness,many companies has taken lot of energy and financial resources to information of enterprise management and automation.However,development of internet of things brings new opportunity.The application of the Internet of things technology will integrate the various units of the factory,which will give hands to real-time monitoring on machining,real-time tracking of products,coordinating the relationship of production plan,raw material stock and finished products.These improve effectively the production efficiency and management level of enterprises.This paper introduces the research status and development trend of intelligent factory.According to features of intelligent factory,process of production and logistics supply chain,and acquirement about laboratory and laboratory equipment made by schools,this paper do analysis requirement on experimental system in intelligent factory.what's more,the function module will be designed and the overall planning of the experiment platform will be made.The key technology about experimental system is studied,which includes RFID technology and plan of AGV car path.With Visual c ++ as a system development tool,SQL Server database as the background,the system has carried on the design and development,and testing the development of a complete system.
