Analysis Of The Financial Quality Of IQiyi Under The Background Of Vertical Integration Layou

As the backbone of China’s capital market development,listed companies play both a driving and leading role.At present,many stakeholders attach great importance to the financial quality of listed companies,which is related to the overall strength and vitality of the company.The company’s leaders need to conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of their finances to maximize the value of the company and make the healthy and sustainable development of the company possible.Therefore,the analysis and evaluation of the financial quality of listed companies has become a major issue in today’s world.At present,the global listed companies generally use a variety of analysis methods,such as ratio analysis,Du Pont analysis,trend analysis and so on.This paper attempts to examine the financial report from a new perspective,using the financial situation quality evaluation method put forward by Professor Zhang Xinmin to analyze the enterprise,so that it can accurately grasp the current situation of the enterprise.The financial evaluation system is established from the following aspects,including assets,capital structure,profit and cash flow,in order to analyze the financial quality of listed companies.This paper takes i Qiyi as the research object and analyzes its financial situation by analyzing the data from 2017 to 2021.From the perspective of financial quality,i Qiyi is in a good financial condition on the whole,but there are still high financial risks.It has not achieved high-quality cash flow,and there is not enough funds to support the company’s foreign investment.The article pointed out that in the future,i Qiyi should not only strengthen foreign investment,but also improve the quality of investment and project inspection to ensure a stable return on investment;To strengthen the dominant position of the main activity in the main profit of the enterprise,to ensure the basic position of the enterprise,to increase the competitiveness and profitability of the enterprise,so that the operating profit and basic profit of the company continue to grow steadily.
