Research On The Integration Of Industry And Finance Of Company A Based On The Financial Sharing Platform

Driven by the era of big data,cloud computing,and information technology,the world economy is undergoing tremendous changes,and enterprises are quietly undergoing changes in the turbulent market economy.From manual finance to computerized accounting,to accounting informatization,the development of science and technology and technological upgrading have brought financial development to a new stage.Building a financial sharing center and promoting the realization of the integration process of industry and finance is the only way for enterprises in the transformation process.Under the current financial management model,finance is gradually extending to the front end of the business,and the two will no longer be independent,but present a development trend of deep integration.The integration of industry and finance,as a new vocabulary,has gradually entered people’s vision and become a hot topic for scholars and entrepreneurs.The integration of industry and finance refers to the deep integration of enterprise finance and business,which is a new direction of enterprise management and a new requirement for financial transformation.In the context of fierce market competition,the scale of enterprises has gradually expanded,the scope of business has gradually broadened,and the drawbacks of traditional financial management models have gradually emerged.The organizational structure is complex,business and finance are separated,data collection and feedback lag,and management efficiency is low,which has made it difficult to adapt to the development and operation of modern enterprises.The emergence of the financial sharing center model has solved the common problems of many large enterprises,and has an important driving role in improving enterprise management,promoting financial and business integration,and improving financial management efficiency.Therefore,it is favored and concerned by most enterprises.As a leading enterprise in the domestic dairy industry,Company A is the first dairy enterprise in China to implement the construction of a financial sharing center and promote the integration of industry and finance.There are many innovative and valuable aspects in the project construction process,which have important reference significance for other similar enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes Company A as the research object for case analysis.This paper combines process reengineering theory,industry finance and tax integration theory,and value management theory to conduct research with the dairy industry leader Company A as an example.First of all,the thesis is described in detail from the perspective of research background and significance,explaining the necessity and significance of building financial sharing centers and promoting industry financial integration for enterprises,combing domestic and foreign research literature,and introducing and explaining financial sharing and industry financial integration.Subsequently,taking Company A as a case,it systematically expounds the basic situation of Company A,the construction background,specific construction path,and implementation effect of the financial sharing center,and explores the construction process and related achievements of the case company.Next,based on a detailed analysis of its construction process and achievements,the key factors for the success of Company A’s construction were sorted out,summarizing experience and laying a foundation for the subsequent promotion of the sharing center construction and industry finance integration process of other enterprises.Finally,draw a conclusion and summarize the experience and inspiration during the construction of the financial sharing center,with a view to providing a feasible reference for other enterprises to accelerate financial transformation and achieve industry financial integration.
