With the advent of the era of digital economy,communication engineering consulting and design enterprises(hereinafter referred to as communication design enterprises)have generally realized the importance of digital transformation,and gradually bring digital transformation into the decision-making level,implementation level and operation level of management for in-depth promotion.However,the digital transformation of such enterprises lacks the maturity evaluation standard that can be compared with the target,which leads to the characteristics of exploration and attempt in the digital transformation work,which is easy to enter the misunderstanding of transformation and cause a waste of resources.It is necessary to carry out the research on the maturity evaluation method of digital transformation and provide diagnostic tools for enterprise digital transformation management.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research background of the digital transformation of communication design enterprises,including the demands of the digital transformation environment of the external environment and the digital transformation of internal management,and puts forward that the transformation maturity evaluation is an urgent comprehensive task of combining theoretical research and practice in the transformation of communication design enterprises;It is also the basis for the assessment and evaluation methods of transformation,and is conducive to promoting the in-depth development of enterprise digital transformation.Based on the combing of current enterprise digital transformation theory,transformation maturity theory and enterprise practice scheme,this paper analyzes the differences between digital transformation and traditional informatization,so as to locate the focus of transformation.The design idea of evaluation model is put forward: the combination of external "empowerment" and internal "energy accumulation";"Combination of management decision-making layer(background),executive layer(middle stage)and operation layer(front stage)";Digital transformation and evolution path of electronization,interconnection and digitization.A set of transformation maturity evaluation index system for communication design enterprises is proposed.The index system divides the digital transformation of communication design enterprises into criterion layer,sub criterion layer and index layer according to the management level theory and AHP analytic hierarchy process.Communication design enterprises sign typical project-based enterprises.Therefore,in the process of index construction,the analysis is carried out closely around the characteristics of the whole project life cycle of communication design enterprises,The index weight value is obtained according to the comprehensive application of Delphi method,AHP analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey method.According to this index system,this paper diagnoses the maturity of digital transformation of enterprise a,and puts forward 16 suggestions for the improvement of digital transformation management for enterprise a.
