With the rapid development and application of digital technology,it has completely changed our way of life and consumption,and this influence has gradually spread to the production and operation of enterprises.Previous digital technology research shows that digitization has a significant positive impact on enterprise business performance and cost performance.Digital transformation is regarded as an effective means to solve the disadvantages of traditional organization and management and traditional information construction.Since the 12 th Five Year Plan,China's railway infrastructure has been basically completed,and the output growth rate of high-speed railway EMUs has gradually slowed down.HT Science &Engineering put forward the strategy of transforming from product output to diversified development of rail transit braking products,maintenance platform and supporting technical services.The current organization,business process and information system of HT science and engineering can not meet the development needs of new business.It is necessary to carry out all-round and multi angle transformation and upgrading of the enterprise through digital transformation.Based on the theoretical basis of digital technology application,enterprise transformation and digital transformation at home and abroad,and combined with the development status of rail transit industry,this study discusses the digital transformation scheme of HT science and engineering.Based on the theory of enterprise transformation and digital transformation,this paper systematically combs and analyzes the business process,informatization status and problems and digital transformation objectives of HT science and industry through on-site investigation and questionnaire.It is proposed that HT science and engineering needs to complete the value chain upgrading and data-driven digital transformation path with the help of digital technology.Through the case study,it is concluded that the digital transformation of HT science and industry first needs to be further improved and optimized on the basis of the original informatization,then complete the digitization of core business and management process and the integration between businesses,and finally carry out standardized management and application of data.In order to break through the bottleneck of previous information systems and integrate digital technology into business systems and enterprise management decisions.At the same time,in the process of transformation,we need to pay attention to organizational transformation,core business digitization and data value mining.As digital transformation is a long-term and complex work,it must be implemented and evaluated in stages and steps in order to ensure the transformation effect.Accordingly,the corresponding implementation countermeasures and two evaluation methods,AHP method and benchmark regression,are given to evaluate the digital transformation from multiple angles and all aspects.
