With the increasing social status of radio and television,the number of radio and television wireless transmission stations has been increasing in recent years.However,with the complexity of the technical system,the diversification of the radio transmission station system and the expansion of the coverage,it is becoming more and more difficult to ensure the safe broadcasting of radio and television,and all kinds of emergencies affecting the safe broadcasting occur from time to time.It has always been an important research topic to continuously improve the monitoring ability of radio and television departments to radio transmission stations.Supported by national basic geographic information,this paper integrates geographic information,radio and television,radio propagation model and other interdisciplinary subjects.Study the key technologies and methods of geographic information technology in solving the problems of radio and television wireless transmission station management,radio and television wireless transmission station coverage interference analysis,and radio and television safe broadcasting.Then make full use of the geographic information auxiliary display and analysis ability of Web GIS platform,node JS’ ability to build a background server and Oracle database’s ability to manage data in a unified way.It studies how to realize the radio and television wireless transmission station monitoring system to provide auxiliary decision-making information for the safe broadcasting of radio and television.The main contents are as follows:(1)The collected data are converted according to the standards of the database and the different requirements of system call,so that the thematic data can be stored in a standardized format.(2)Adopt b/s mode,node JS and Web GIS are combined to establish data layer,map service middle layer and client presentation layer.The system realizes simple operation and balances efficient computing load.(3)Study the key technologies to realize the system functions,such as spatial database management technology,terrain analysis,spatial superposition analysis,radio wave propagation model,station coverage,population,field strength calculation.(4)Study how to design the unified management of stations in the system;Station coverage,field strength and interference monitoring;Three functions of safe broadcasting,and the results of the research are visualized by using HTML5,CSS3 and Java Script front-end technology.Finally,a monitoring system of radio and television wireless transmission stations based on Web GIS is established.The commanders of this system can quickly monitor the national radio stations through a computer and a screen,view the coverage,field strength and interference analysis results of stations,and provide auxiliary decision-making opinions for safe broadcasting,so as to conduct overall command and scheduling.This paper has33 maps,9tables and 53 references.
