| In the face of changing market and consumer demands,cooking appliance enterprises have problems such as difficult to control production factors,service quality to be improved,and independent operation of internal business,and their competition angle has changed from price competition to supply chain competition.Based on the supply chain management idea,this paper designs and implements an internal supply chain management system for kitchen appliances based on the microservice framework to achieve effective management and visualization of enterprise data;at the same time,it studies the demand forecasting model and workflow management of kitchen appliances to enable enterprises to better cope with the changing external environment and strengthen the internal business process integration of kitchen appliances.This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of an internal supply chain management system for kitchen appliances,with the following work:(1)To design the internal supply chain management system architecture,sort out the internal business requirements,design the business architecture of the system with reference to the SCOR model based on supply chain management theory and microservice research,and design the software architecture of the system with the microservice framework of front and back-end separation.(2)To address the problems that single variable and single model demand forecasting methods can no longer adapt to the demand under today’s market and it is difficult to alleviate the bullwhip effect,a multi-model fusion demand forecasting model is constructed based on the Stacking integrated learning principle,and the learners(MLR,XGBoost,Light GBM)with certain better forecasting effect are used as the base learners,and random forest(RF)is selected as the meta-learner.(3)To address the issue of how to effectively manage and collaborate complex internal business processes,we use workflow technology to build a collaborative environment in the internal supply chain management system of kitchen appliance enterprises to realize the visualization,standardization and scheduling of business processes.(4)For how to realize the specific business functions of the system,divide the functional modules and design the underlying data structure according to the upstream and downstream relationship of the business requirements,and then realize the corresponding business functions of the front and back ends,and conduct system verification after the system is completed to ensure the usability of the system.The research results show that the design and implementation of the internal supply chain management system using the microservice architecture with front and back-end separation meets the requirements of high scalability and easy maintenance of the system,and achieves effective control and visualization of the internal supply chain data;in addition,the demand forecasting model using Stacking integrated with multiple models,compared with a single model,can provide more accurate forecasting results back to the production In addition,using Stacking’s integrated multi-model demand forecasting model,compared with a single model,can provide more accurate forecasting results to the production department,so that the inventory of related products can be processed in advance. |
