In the era of "Industry 4.0",prefabricated buildings are the product of the combination of the construction industry and the manufacturing industry,and BIM technology is the product of the combination of the construction industry and the IT industry.Relying on BIM technology,prefabricated buildings provide new ideas for the construction industry.Prefabricated components are the basic elements of prefabricated buildings.The informationization of the whole life cycle of prefabricated components is not yet perfect,and the design and production efficiency of prefabricated components cannot be further improved.Therefore,the introduction of BIM technology into the design,procurement,and manufacturing stages of prefabricated components is an urgent need for prefabricated factories to realize information-based production.Aiming at the problem of informatization of prefabricated components,it is proposed to build a BIM system for prefabricated components.Firstly,according to the analysis of BIM system requirements,a system framework consisting of system support layer,data storage layer,functional module layer,and user application layer was built,and the IDEF0 method was used to establish the overall functional model.On this basis,we build system processes.Secondly,we created a BIM model of prefabricated components in Revit software.According to the concept of family library and the research on prefabricated components,it was proposed to divide the prefabricated components into concrete mass,base reinforcement,truss reinforcement,positive and negative embedded parts family members,and customize these family members to develop the prefabricated member family library interface,to realize the information model of prefabricated components drawn by parametric family components,and improve the design efficiency.The concept of feature and LOD was introduced into the information model,and the information model and the demand model were combined to build a prefabricated component coding system,which is convenient for the management of the information model and provides a data basis for the lightweight model.Then,through the analysis of the information data of prefabricated components,it was proposed to establish a lightweight system based on the IFC standard.According to the established IFC standard structure of prefabricated components,we analyzed the IFC file information,built an intermediate data layer to connect the IFC file information and demand models at different stages,and called the information in the database with different demand classes.Delivering data files according to the demand side can not only save hardware equipment,but also reduce data redundancy,and achieve a one-to-one correspondence between demand and delivery.Finally,according to the characteristics of BIM system,3D collaborative design was proposed as a system collaboration method.The PCP model of prefabricated components was established,and the relationship between component design,professional collaboration and component production was determined.The problems and solutions that may arise in the system are estimated,and a set of 3D collaboration processes for the BIM system of prefabricated components is formulated to realize the sharing of data and models and improve the work efficiency of the BIM system.
